If you apply to Innovation Masterminds Edmonton (imYEG), we will collect personal information, such as your first and last name, phone number, email address, and other information relating to your innovation, education, and why you are applying for imYEG. We use this information for the purposes of processing and responding to your application, including assessing the suitability of your innovation for acceptance into imYEG. If you provide us with personal information about any other individual(s) (e.g., your co-founder(s) or research partner(s)), you confirm that they are aware, and that you have obtained the consent of such individual(s) prior to providing any personal information to us. By submitting an application, you certify that the information contained in this application is correct to the best of your knowledge. Nothing on this application is intended to create or imply a contractual relationship.

We do not sell, rent, or disclose your personal information to third parties without your consent, except as described below or as required or permitted by applicable law.

• Third Party Granting Agencies: We may share non-proprietary information with third-party granting agencies to report progress of the program.
